This asphalt street reconstruction project replaced a severely dilapidated street on the University of Oklahoma's Norman campus. The project consisted of removing the existing asphalt paving, repairing the sub grade and stabilizing it, and then installing new asphalt paving. Asp Avenue is one of the most high traffic areas on campus running directly adjacent to the Honors College and freshmen dorms. Asp is also one of the major bus routes through campus making it a vital piece of university infrastructure. A-tech worked with OU and built this project on a very creative schedule to ensure the least amount of disruption to university activity.
